Great Service
I had received my order with one oil missing. After I sent an e-mail to Customer Service, they sent me the missing oil + the latest version of the oil free of charge, including shipping. I give 5 stars for both the products and Customer Service.

Can’t get enough of my diffuser!
Absolutely love my diffuser and still on my first bottle of midnight voyage 24 which smells amazing. Can’t wait to try the other scents. I will definitely be buying more diffusers for other rooms and as presents!

Loving it, so convenient and pretty
I love this diffuser! It’s so easy to use: I love being able to use essential oil directly without dealing with water. It’s also really pretty, and I love that the rechargeable version is easy to move around and take with me.

This diffuser is beautiful, adds ambience to the room.
This diffuser is a welcome change to my space. I have it set on a floating shelf surrounded by beach stones and sea shells. I really love how it fills the room with clean fresh scents. I love the illuminated crystal ball as it adds a calming light to the room. It is a very well thought out device. The only wish I have for it is a settable timer. Sometimes three hours is to long. Other than that, it is perfect.

Best oil blends. Bought the diffuser and oil ran out a while ago. No substitute and glad I bought the original oils again. Great smelling fragrance all over the house 👌🏼

I love my diffuser. It's beautiful and definitely a talking point. I've tried various oils from Charabanc - some I like more than others. They're expensive, but still good value for the money

Pure Luxury
I have used all kinds of sprays and diffusers for any many years at who knows what cost. This is by far the best. It looks great fits my decor perfectly. It is a high end ornament that actually has a valid use. I love it and will be getting more.

This is even better than I thought it would be. Slightly steampunk, like an artifact from a time when even the most utilitarian objects were crafted like works of art. The scent I chose, Santal is nothing short of intoxicating and I will be investigating others soon!

Great gift
I bought this for my wife’s birthday, and I was honestly a little skeptical at first—I usually don’t trust products advertised on Facebook. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The build quality is superb. The base is real, solid wood rather than cheap laminate, the glass is crystal clear, and all the electronics work exactly as they should.
I checked their FAQ to find essential oils that are safe around pets, and my wife absolutely loves the scents. Shipping was fast with zero issues, and we're already planning to pick up a couple more.

Buy this!! You won't be disappointed! I LOVE this diffuser. I have tried three different scents now and all are great! The only downside I can think of is the oils from Charabanc are a bit pricier than others. You CAN use other brands of oils as long as they're 100% pure. The design is simple but beautiful... no ugly plastic! They also have different designs to choose from.

Not only is this diffuser stunning to look at, it works absolutely flawlessly filling your entire room with scent in a matter of seconds. The essential oil blends are among the best there is, each scent smells superior with high quality ingredients. I look forward to trying more oils and to see what’s next from Charabanc Aroma.

Love the whole idea but will only stay on for 5 min with a full charge and plenty but not too much oil.Please let me know if this just doesn't work and needs to go back or if I'm missing something

That's the cycle, not a fault 🌿 it mists for 5 minutes, pauses about 3, then picks back up on its own. Leave it ten minutes without touching the knob and you should see it restart. If it doesn't come back after the pause, let us know and we'll sort it out.
