Care & Maintenance Ritual
Is your diffuser not producing mist? Don't worry. Follow this guide to restore your device to its optimal performance.
Step 1: Power & Sound Check
Turn on the diffuser and listen for a slight operating sound. This confirms the motor is active.
Battery Model:
- Use the original cable or a USB-A to Type-C.
- ⚠️ Avoid Type-C to Type-C cables.
- 🔴 Red Light = Charging
- 🟢 Green Light = Fully Charged
Plug-in Model:
- Try a different adapter or outlet to rule out power source issues.
Step 2: Test Air Pressure
- Remove the glass reservoir.
- Place your finger gently over the air outlet hole on the base.
- Turn on the device. You should feel slight air pressure against your finger.
👉 Diagnosis: If you feel air pressure, the base is working perfectly. The issue lies within the glass bottle (clogging).
Step 3: Revive the Glass Vessel
Check Oil Level
Ensure essential oil is filled, but kept below the MAX line.
Still no mist? It needs a Deep Clean:
- Empty: Pour out any remaining oil.
- Dissolve: Fill with a small amount of warm water or rubbing alcohol.
- Run Cycle: Operate the diffuser for 1 minute to loosen internal buildup.
- Dry: Empty the liquid and wipe gently with a soft cloth.
- Restart: Refill with fresh essential oil and enjoy.
Connoisseur's Tips
- 💡 The Flashlight Trick: For lighter oils (e.g., No. 11, 39), mist can be invisible to the naked eye. Shine your phone's flashlight near the nozzle to confirm output.
- 💧 Consistency Matters: If using your own blends, too thick or too watery oils may not vaporize. Adjust by diluting slightly with alcohol if needed.
- 🚫 No Water: Never add water to the oil reservoir. This device is designed for pure essential oils only.
