Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Tracking information will be emailed once dispatched (may update online after 1 business day).

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Thresholds

Each region has a free-shipping threshold. Once your order reaches it, free shipping appears at checkout. Below the threshold, Express is the only shipping option — there is no slower, cheaper alternative.

  • United Kingdom & Isle of Man: Free over 30 GBP — below that, Express 6 GBP
  • United States (incl. Puerto Rico & Guam): Free over 50 USD — below that, Express 6 USD
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 10 USD remote-area surcharge on every order — free shipping does not apply
  • Canada, New Zealand, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman: Free over 50 USD — below that, Express 6 USD
  • Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway): Free over 50 USD — below that, Express 6 USD

Flat-rate regions (no free shipping at any order value):
• 5 USD standard / 10 USD express: Egypt, Mexico, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, North Macedonia
• 10 USD standard / 15 USD express: Andorra, Albania, Colombia, Cyprus, Grenada, Iceland, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine

Cyprus, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania and Slovenia are EU member states, but they ship on flat-rate terms rather than the European terms above.

Subscription orders ship free worldwide, with no minimum.

Thresholds outside the UK, Japan and the UAE are set in US dollars and converted to your local currency at checkout, so the local figure moves slightly with exchange rates. Shipping options and the exact cost for your address are always confirmed at checkout before payment.

  • All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
  • You will not be charged any import duties, VAT, or customs fees — everything is already included in the price you pay at checkout.
