Charabanc Aroma Diffuser Series

Starting off: i'm no influencer, i'm not paid, and i only write reviews when reviews need writing. This diffuser is THAT good. My first question was this: i wonder if the amount of vapor/smoke is just marketing, I bet it can't be that strong and it can't work that well. WRONG. it works THAT well. I have a large office, it makes my entire office smell entirely zen within 2 minutes. I would need to have a dozen burning candles fully lit for more than a half hour to achieve what this thing can do in a matter of seconds.

I've already cleaned it twice and re-loaded new scents. Using denatured alcohol, it came clean in a minute, the new scent had none of the old.

In the past, we've had so many diffusers it's embarrassing. I have a top-of-the-line humidifier with aromatherapy. It's hot garbage. We've had maybe ten ultrasonic diffusers and ALL of them suck. First off, I don't want my room to be 70% humidity to smell something. But that's even a generous statement considering every diffuser i've had in the past has never fit the bill. And let's just assume they didn't ALL break, i'd still hate them because of how much mold and cleaning need to take place. They get musty, they're watered down, and the mechanisms suck. Having the cold nebulizer completely separates the glass from the well made metal components inside. That means the vapor and oil stay in the glass, simple as that.

I bought this originally for my wife and once I saw it in action, I bought one immediately for my office. Because it's got a battery in it, you can take it by the bath, in the room you do your meditation, by your nightstand before bed, etc... I've even been taking it with me to do laundry. I put the thing like 20 ft away and i'm still blown away that it makes my entire basement smell amazing.

Let's talk about the light. What an unbelievable surprise. It sets the mood and ambience perfectly with the multiple settings. It lights up my workspace exactly where i'm writing. It's unreal. My wife doesn't have to flip on lights, no more lighting candles, and it fills the room better than any candle we've ever purchased. We're obsessed, been showing it off to friends and now i'm writing a novel about it. take a hint.

The build quality: obviously it's awesome. Again, I figured there was going to be quite a bit of marketing involved. Nope, it's real, beautiful, gorgeous wood that matches my office decor and doesn't look cheap. it blends in perfectly with my hardwood desk that I hand stripped, sealed, and care for. The components are quality, it's real glass, the metal dial doesn't feel cheap, even the "chime" it makes is solid. USB-C makes it easy to charge or keep plugged in, it's just easy.

I will never buy anything that's ultrasonic again, it's cold-nebulizer only from here on out. And this unit is just classy: it's not some steampunk novelty. It works, it legit helps my brain work and keeps my mind calm. Both units we've received work equally well, they are as functional as they are beautiful. I'd dare say I find more utility than art, and that says a lot because it looks amazing in any room.

My advice: get it. Spend the extra few bucks for the light, it's surprisingly awesome and you can choose when to use it, and the 3 settings allow for soft light or functional light for a desk space. I use it for everything.

The only con i can think of: I use this thing a lot already, the intro deals are great for the oils, but they can get super pricey. I will say, the scents they make are all outstanding, but the price adds up. You can probably find other fragrance oils for a little cheaper, but that's a choice you can make for yourself and no oil is made the same. As for the unit itself: best i've had by a mile, i'd recommend it to anyone. And if I think back to how expensive candles are and money spent over the years, even the high priced oils make sense if you care about aromatics.

Last thing i'll say: i had back and forth with customer service and they were attentive, provided additional samples, and made no mistakes. Shipping took a little long for my taste, but it's so worth it, I don't care in the slightest. You get every dime you pay for. What a great product that does what it claims. Bravo.

Sitting by the pond listening to the waterfall on my patio, this added a bit of additional ambiance. Got the 8 pack of other oils. Be fun to try them. Stronger than I expected so the lowest setting is all it takes for this space. I collect paperweights and it’s been fun changing the light color effect by removing what it came with and adding other fun things. Some of my crystals look pretty groovy lit up too.

I bought this diffuser with light for my desk and I love the vibe it added to my best up. The timeliness of shipping, the packaging and the quality of the diffuser were great. Love the esthetic this provides to any space.

One issue I did have was I received four incorrect oils. With that said, I emailed same day I received and within the same day, they responded and sent out the correct scents. Great customer service.

One of the incorrect scents I did receive was Midnight Voyage and honestly, it smell pretty good. Fitting for my mancave.

Anyways, very pleased.

I cannot rave about Santal 29 enough. It is perfection. Not at all overwhelming, the scent is light yet prominent enough to ensure your space is perfectly aromatic. Something about Santal 29 is calming and relaxing, I don’t know what it is or how Charabanc did it, but I’m in love! If you can’t decide on a scent for your first one at purchase, let this be it! You won’t be disappointed.

This is by far one of the best items I’ve ever purchased. I am buying another one right now for other rooms!

I was so in love with this gorgeous retro piece, love the fireplace piece, the scents and the glas tube is like a chimney where the misty smoke comes out from. Now I got my mom hooked on getting one she likes. The person who came up with this is a genius. Thank you.

This arrived so quickly and from the moment I opened the box I was in love with the smell it carried. I've always like old worldly vintage and unique items. This hits all of them. TRUST ME you won't be disappointed.

This diffuser is the perfect addition to my sunroom. I am especially am impressed with it being waterless and the design fits perfectly with the rest of my steampunk decor.

I received mine today. I have the one with the crystal bowl. I love it. I have all sort of oil diffuser but this one is unique. I'm not sure thought about the oil I chose. NO 17, I guess I was expecting more floral and fruti, but it's fine. I am an aromatherapist I have all the essential oils I can use with it :). Well done guys. I will certainly buy other models :))).
