I love my diffuser. It's beautiful and definitely a talking point. I've tried various oils from Charabanc - some I like more than others. They're expensive, but still good value for the money

This is a lovely unit. So much better than the water ones and less messy than the aroma 360 and other brands. I also like the flexibility of using any essential oils of my choosing.

Only “negative” I can find is that it doesn’t necessarily reach my whole apartment. Which is small, under 900sqft. Even if it did half, I’d enjoy it much more.

Starting off: i'm no influencer, i'm not paid, and i only write reviews when reviews need writing. This diffuser is THAT good. My first question was this: i wonder if the amount of vapor/smoke is just marketing, I bet it can't be that strong and it can't work that well. WRONG. it works THAT well. I have a large office, it makes my entire office smell entirely zen within 2 minutes. I would need to have a dozen burning candles fully lit for more than a half hour to achieve what this thing can do in a matter of seconds.

I've already cleaned it twice and re-loaded new scents. Using denatured alcohol, it came clean in a minute, the new scent had none of the old.

In the past, we've had so many diffusers it's embarrassing. I have a top-of-the-line humidifier with aromatherapy. It's hot garbage. We've had maybe ten ultrasonic diffusers and ALL of them suck. First off, I don't want my room to be 70% humidity to smell something. But that's even a generous statement considering every diffuser i've had in the past has never fit the bill. And let's just assume they didn't ALL break, i'd still hate them because of how much mold and cleaning need to take place. They get musty, they're watered down, and the mechanisms suck. Having the cold nebulizer completely separates the glass from the well made metal components inside. That means the vapor and oil stay in the glass, simple as that.

I bought this originally for my wife and once I saw it in action, I bought one immediately for my office. Because it's got a battery in it, you can take it by the bath, in the room you do your meditation, by your nightstand before bed, etc... I've even been taking it with me to do laundry. I put the thing like 20 ft away and i'm still blown away that it makes my entire basement smell amazing.

Let's talk about the light. What an unbelievable surprise. It sets the mood and ambience perfectly with the multiple settings. It lights up my workspace exactly where i'm writing. It's unreal. My wife doesn't have to flip on lights, no more lighting candles, and it fills the room better than any candle we've ever purchased. We're obsessed, been showing it off to friends and now i'm writing a novel about it. take a hint.

The build quality: obviously it's awesome. Again, I figured there was going to be quite a bit of marketing involved. Nope, it's real, beautiful, gorgeous wood that matches my office decor and doesn't look cheap. it blends in perfectly with my hardwood desk that I hand stripped, sealed, and care for. The components are quality, it's real glass, the metal dial doesn't feel cheap, even the "chime" it makes is solid. USB-C makes it easy to charge or keep plugged in, it's just easy.

I will never buy anything that's ultrasonic again, it's cold-nebulizer only from here on out. And this unit is just classy: it's not some steampunk novelty. It works, it legit helps my brain work and keeps my mind calm. Both units we've received work equally well, they are as functional as they are beautiful. I'd dare say I find more utility than art, and that says a lot because it looks amazing in any room.

My advice: get it. Spend the extra few bucks for the light, it's surprisingly awesome and you can choose when to use it, and the 3 settings allow for soft light or functional light for a desk space. I use it for everything.

The only con i can think of: I use this thing a lot already, the intro deals are great for the oils, but they can get super pricey. I will say, the scents they make are all outstanding, but the price adds up. You can probably find other fragrance oils for a little cheaper, but that's a choice you can make for yourself and no oil is made the same. As for the unit itself: best i've had by a mile, i'd recommend it to anyone. And if I think back to how expensive candles are and money spent over the years, even the high priced oils make sense if you care about aromatics.

Last thing i'll say: i had back and forth with customer service and they were attentive, provided additional samples, and made no mistakes. Shipping took a little long for my taste, but it's so worth it, I don't care in the slightest. You get every dime you pay for. What a great product that does what it claims. Bravo.

I have used all kinds of sprays and diffusers for any many years at who knows what cost. This is by far the best. It looks great fits my decor perfectly. It is a high end ornament that actually has a valid use. I love it and will be getting more.

Superbe produit, mais attention à ne pas trop le remplir. Il y a une valve anti retour pour que le liquide n'atteigne pas la pompe en cas de remplissage trop élevé mais dans mon cas ça n'a pas bien fonctionné et du liquide s'est rendu dans la pompe ce qui l'a brisé. Heureusement j'ai trouvé une pompe équivalente sur Amazon pour seulement quelques dollars et j'ai pu réparer mon diffuseur.

Ich liebe diese Duftlampe.. Finde super das es auch Ersatzteile gibt. Die Düfte sind sehr gut sehr angenehm. Mein ganzes Wohnzimmer bei 45 qm richt. Werde auf jeden Fall hier wieder kaufen.

I have used diffusers of all sorts for personal and public spaces, and this couples a lovely design with excellent functionality. As long as it is kept clean and dust free it should operate flawlessly. I use mine almost daily for extended periods, and absolutely love the scent formulations. Highly recommend.

I've owned several diffusers and this one has been incredibly effective, handsome and pleasant to have in my house. I've noticed the oils last much longer and fill a room with scent more effective than traditional diffusers.

I had a small issue with my diffuser and contacted customer service. It was the best experience I ever had in my life when it comes to communication between customer service and myself. Fast, professional, reliable and honest. That being said, the diffuser itself is amazing. So elegant, the futures are convenient, the vintage look is just so relaxing, but most importantly, it works great! The day I received my diffuser, used it, 3 hours later, ordered a second one. I can’t believe that small bottle, cover the first floor of my house with the scent. No regrets on that purchase and honestly, you are getting an excellent product without having to spend a fortune.

I bought this diffuser with light for my desk and I love the vibe it added to my best up. The timeliness of shipping, the packaging and the quality of the diffuser were great. Love the esthetic this provides to any space.

One issue I did have was I received four incorrect oils. With that said, I emailed same day I received and within the same day, they responded and sent out the correct scents. Great customer service.

One of the incorrect scents I did receive was Midnight Voyage and honestly, it smell pretty good. Fitting for my mancave.

I want to start by saying my original review of this product was 1 star.

I received a defective unit, and during the initial support process it felt like we were missing each other. After a full day of back and forth without resolution, I left a review based on that experience.

After that, it felt like someone on their team recognized that the experience didn’t line up with the level of service they want to provide.

They reached out directly, took ownership, and worked hard to turn the situation around. What stood out to me was not just that they fixed the issue, but that they took the time to make sure it was handled the right way. It felt intentional, not just reactive.

They sent a replacement unit, and this one worked exactly as it should.

The product itself is really well done. My decor is urban industrial, and this fits perfectly. It has a subtle mad scientist feel with the glass vial and the vapor moving inside. I went with the Edison bulb and battery version, which makes it easy to move around and adds to the look.

One note for anyone buying: this is a waterless diffuser that uses oil directly, so it prefers lighter oils like citrus. Thicker oils can clog it. I have been adding a few drops of alcohol to heavier oils to thin them out and it works great.

At the end of the day, I am happy with the product. More importantly, I respect how they handled things once it was clear something went wrong. That matters to me.

These diffusers are AMAZING! I've purchased 2 of them with the battery pack and light. The battery lasts a really long time. Obviously less so with the light than with just the diffuser. It's so nice to just be able to walk by and turn it on with the turn of the dial, rather than my water diffusers which constantly need refilled. I've been pleased with how long the oil lasts--even with daily use! I love fragrance #17, but have not found another one that I care for. I'll try a few more, but am happy with #17. I am sensitive to scents and these do not give me a headache which is a huge win. Oh, and the customer service is TOP NOTCH. I accidentally ordered the wrong fragrance and they went above and beyond to make it right. Thank you so much!

What a great item! It looks great, it works great! I feel like i've added a piece of art to my office. This diffuser was worth every penny and more.
P.S. Customer support was over the top great as well! I will be purchasing more in the future, and I HIGHLY recommend this product!
