Solution for No Mist Output - Troubleshooting Guide
Condividi
If your aroma diffuser is not producing mist after turning it on, don’t worry! We’ve created a simple troubleshooting guide to help you quickly identify the problem and get your device back to normal. Follow the steps below to test and resolve the issue:
Step 1: Turn On the Device and Check for Sound
First, turn on the machine and listen for any sounds. Typically, the diffuser should make a slight operating sound when it’s running, indicating that the machine is functioning correctly.
-
If there is no sound:
- Battery-Powered Version: Ensure you are using the original charging cable or a USB to Type-C cable. Do not use a Type-C to Type-C charging cable, as it may be incompatible and result in incomplete charging. Once plugged in, the charging light will turn red to indicate charging is in progress; when fully charged, the light will turn green.
- Non-Battery-Powered Version: Try using a different power source or adapter to ensure the power supply is working properly.
Step 2: Check for Air Pressure
If you hear sound when the machine is on, proceed with the following test:
- Remove the glass bottle and place your finger over the hole where the glass bottle is inserted.
- Turn on the machine and check if you can feel slight air pressure. If you feel pressure, the machine is working normally, and the issue is likely with the glass bottle.
Step 3: Test the Glass Bottle
Now, it’s time to test the glass bottle:
-
Add essential oil to the glass bottle, making sure the liquid level does not exceed the MAX line on the bottle.
-
Reattach the glass bottle to the machine and turn it on.
-
If there is still no mist:
-
How to Clean the Glass Bottle:
- Empty the bottle – Pour out any remaining essential oil.
- Add hot water or alcohol – Fill the glass bottle with warm water or rubbing alcohol.
- Run the diffuser for 1 minute – Let the machine operate with the cleaning liquid inside to help clear any blockages.
- Empty and dry – Pour out the liquid, allow the bottle to dry, and then refill with your essential oil.
- Test the diffuser – Turn it on again and check if mist is coming out.
-
Additional Tips:
- Do not add any water to the diffuser, only essential oils.
- If you are using your own essential oils, we recommend adjusting the blend with alcohol as a base if the oil is too thick or too diluted. Thick oils or oils that are too diluted may not vaporize correctly.
- If you purchased oils numbered 11, 35, 39, or 77, the mist output may not be very visible. To confirm the mist is working, try turning on your phone’s flashlight and hold it near the bottle opening to see if mist is being produced.
Conclusion: By following these simple troubleshooting steps, you can quickly identify why your aroma diffuser is not producing mist. In most cases, the problem may be due to insufficient battery charge, using an incompatible charging cable, or an issue with the glass bottle seal.
